Our Process
Customers can call or visit our Midtown and Chicago offices Monday through Friday 9:00am-6:00pm or email us at any time.
Through a phone call, we can estimate the approximate value of the jewelry item. From time to time we might ask for an image of the piece in order to better determine the value. Customers are always welcome to come in for an evaluation. Once we agree on the price, we will then pay by a check, an ACH transfer, or a wire.
